    Luxurious room appointments catered to our comfort.

    We experienced some major inconveniences . The breakfast service was slow, taking too long to serve our orders. The fire alarm went off the first night and no one bothered to inform us what had happened, leaving us in confusion for over twenty minutes downstairs. Lastly, the hotel staff provided minimal information on local transport options, made our exploration of the area less enjoyable.

    The stay was absolutely really enjoyable. The restaurant was good, exceptional service, fabulous food. We were offered king room complete with a sofa, comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom. The location was best possible and exceptionally nice, for example, a vast model railway was at a short distance from the hotel...

    Highly recommend for families

    Location is amazing, just steps away from vibrant shopping areas! The whole family got to enjoy the cozy ambiance while sipping morning cappuccinos from the bar area before heading out for a day of exploring, it was a real treat.

    It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was worth it.

    The hotel had a marvellous location in the centre of Hamburg. the staff was accommodating and made us feel comfortable. - the room had new-fashioned and fashionable features, including a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe. - We greatly enjoyed the helpful service.
